Wrangler jack assembly extension wrench

My 04 Wrangler is missing the extension wrench.  Found one online at moparpart but was wondering if there are any local other than the jeep dealer.  I have not called them yet.

It does not fold-there are 2 straight pieces, one goes into the jack then the extension connects to that one and you put the handle on the end of it.  Both pieces are about 14" I guess.
