Geoff builds them...Ozarkoffroadfab.com his handle on here is junkyard.
Im not sure what his price is for tube fenders but hes resonable on everything else, and builds them strong.
Pay no attention to the fenders on my avatar, those are blue torch fab DIYs and they suck.
