Rhino coated fender flares
« on: 07/ 1/06 - 01:50PM »
Has anyone ever Rhino coated their fender flares?  I've got some scratches and rock dings... I'm thinking Rhino coating would not only take care of those but pretty much prevent anymore from occurring. Just wondering, maybe I am not seeing all the con's, if any, of doing this.

comments or insight welcome.

Thanks.

There's a guy around town that did it and it looks really good.  Also did the grille too.  I don't think he checks out the forum though, and I can't remember his name.  There's a guy in CA that Rhinoed his KJ flares and the lower half of the body and he loves it.

I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

i did my flares and rocker panels. i used the do-it-your-self stuff and i only put on 1 coat, and it lokked good. i should have done at least 2 coats because they started to flake off.  they help up well to trees and rocks too.

i just sanded and cleaned them and rolled it on.
