I would make sure that all the glass is still snugly installed, no flexing or movement. Also check to make sure the windshield channel is intack, no cracks or chips and in the corners of that channel are the weather strips...there should be towards the rear, on the outside, vents on each side..make sure that they are unobstructed..will the back glass seal when shut? Just a few things that I would look for.
