Body lift bolts!!!

So I bought a 1" body lift for my 90 yj and I am having trouble getting the bolt out or even loosened. Ive been using some pb blaster with no luck, should i drill holes to get to the nut and spray more pb? Has anybody else had this problem... what did you do?

Which one are you having trouble with?  I'm guessing either the 2 on the gas tank cross member or the 2 at the very rear of the tub?

well with most of them... but the ones at the gas tank crossmember im having trouble getting to the nuts on that location, so i can even spray them. Also i stripped one of the middle of the three bolts in the middle of the tub.

well they are all now loosened, and i just have to figure out how to removed the stripped bolt!! Today i used a whole can of pb and that finally, i guess helped.  Wooo Hooo
