Been a few years since I did it but for one your rear U joint is a 1310 and the 14bolt will be 1350.

I believe the width on the perches are slightly wider.

the perches on the axel is that what you mean, thats just a simple cut off and weld back on isnt it, or at the worst buy new perches

Well you may have to grind the pumpkin on the 60.  You won't really know until you do some measuring, I'm not sure how different they are, it's been to long since I've done it.

the axels are the military with detroit and 4.56's so i went ahead and bought them, heres the good part he already had new perches welded on for his blazer, so they will bolt up, we are putting them in over the next week, but my only question is, is that he said he couldnt locate any lock in lock out hubs for it and that for me is a gotta have, do you know where to get em?

You can get WARN's at O'Reilly's.

You might also try 4wheelersupply since he's local.  Other than those i'd order a set off ebay.  There was a used set on there for like $50.
