Will A TJ Back Seat Fit into a YJ Or Will only YJ Backseats Fit in YJ Seats?????

The shape of the wheelhousing in the back is different and a TJ seat is too wide.

are you wanting a seat, I have my old cj-7 seat, it's blue I'd just have to check on the condition, has been in the barn for several years.

or you could just find 2 buckets and just bolt them down.

Depending on the seats the normals are too narrow.  I tried.
