Title: Weird sound at low speed
Post by: twasheck on 04/22/16 - 12:32AM
 :banghead:
I have a 2016 JK
At low speeds it almost sounds like I am running over an aluminum can.  Goes away (or at least gets less noticeable) at higher speeds.  I checked the tires, nothing stuck in them.  While it was parked, I jumped on it to see if it might be the suspension, but it didn't seem to be the problem.

Any ideas?

2016 under warranty..take it to the dealer..techs may say they do not hear it as most hate trying to diagnose NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) but it may be something obvious when on lift.

Turns out the custom shop that put on my wheels didn't take the retaining rings off of the lugs when they took the stock wheels off and those rings pushed one of the lug nuts off...
