March 2008 Vets thank you ride
« on: 11/27/07 - 08:56PM »
I have a friend returning from duty in the middle east that I met at the Jamboree in Seymore last year.  Would anybody be interested in a ride in March at SMORR to welcome him home and thank vets for their services?

Feedback I got from Afganistan on the great interest in the ride from you guys:

"One other thing.  I really do appreciate the thought about those clubs wanting to do a Jeep run.  It makes me proud of what I do for our country and that people do care.  Thanks again.

Is he an MP?  I can't remember, but you know I remember that he got $10 that I want back! LOL

Next time you email him that I have another $10 for the next time.  But, I have to see him do it this time!

Tell him that we appreciate him taking care of business over there!  Is Jeff going to come up for this?

Not sure what his duty in over there, but he was a CO over a training company here.  Jeff has been transferred up to Kansas.  He's griping about not going to Kansas Rocks instead, but I'll bring him around.
