I need the zipper replaced on the rear window of my soft top... so I would like to know as well.

Try Aurora Canvas.  I think Roy has had them do work on his top.
I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

I have had them resew some seams on a top before. Didn't take to long and the price wasn't bad. They are located in Battlefield, MO. The name throws alot of people off.

Also any shops that do boat covers should be able to repair the zippers and/or direct you to someone who can, that's how it was in StL when someone needed a zipper repaired.

That's what Aurora Canvas' specialty is.

QUEEN CITY AUTO said it would be $125 wow :o. I called Aurora Canvas' and they couldn't do it because my windows are sewed on the frames, if they where velcro they could have done them.So then i called Bears auto trim and they said around $30 but he would just have to look at it to give me a definite price. That sounds more in the price range i was thinking. Thanks guys for all the suggestions

I have used "rags to riches" in Hollister to fix mine a few times.  They did a great job, and the price wasn't to bad.

Ask for Kenny.
