Much to my dismay, I am not going to be able to go to Disney this trip.  My wife has prior obligations that she has to do.  Just wanted to let everyone know that I just canceled reservations at Roger's Cabins for Friday and Saturday night so there is a cabin available.  See everyone at the M&G Friday.

I'm going down after work on Friday.  Staying at Roger's Cabins (hope it's better than I've heard!), and coming home Sunday.  I guess it'll be a little warmer than it was in January!

Jacque and I won't be able to make it to Disney tomorrow. The passenger rear axle shaft is bent as the result of someone hitting my tire from the side. The rubi won't be able to do much down there. Once I get it repaired we'll be back on the trail.

The trip was a blast... no carnage that I know of so far.  It was a small group but that was cool, we got to run everything we wanted.

I'll try to get the pics Sara took up tomorrow or later tonight.

My jeep has a few new bumps and scrapes, but nothing major.  I did wash out my engine with some muddy water though.  I thought I got buy with no carnage, but I had a U-joint fly apart on me last night driving down the road.  If thats as bad as it gets i'll be happy.

All in all I had an absolute blast.

700 mile trip - $383.49 (fuel)
U-Joints for rear drive shaft - $28.00
U-Joint for Front Axle - $15.00
Misc. - $200.00 (food and beer)
A great day of wheeling with people you actually like and not a bunch of stuck up ass holes (midwest) - PRICELESS

What a blast!  Still have water in the floorboards after that last river crossing, but it helped rinse SOME of the mud that 'Mr. Safety' deposited inside!  Thank goodness Tony & his wife were with us to protect most of my back seat!  I guess it'll be a while before Steve MOORE is asked to trail lead.  His idea of a little mud is different than mine! Too bad Disney is so far away, it's a great place to play.  I hope everyone had as much fun as I did.  Steve 'the NICE Steve' Vestal
