cutting the tailpipe

who here will cut a piece of tail pipe for me....i live in a damn apartment and dont have any tools here with me....this sucks.....itll take less then 30 second to cut............im in springfield off of sunshine if anyone is close.......

I cut sheetmetal for free.  It's fixing it that get's expensive.
