I did a few shaves of rear ends, and unless I am competing, I didnt see a true value in all the effort. If you can do it yourself and you dont have to pay labor, it can be worth it, but if you have to pay for it, that couple inches costs. If you have a 14 bolt, I could definately see taking out the large lower lip, as for a 60, a nice little smoothing action from a grinder and such mill help.
