« on: 01/28/09 - 01:17AM »
my wipers worked just fine all day today. but tonight i was driving and they just stopped. i didnt think much of it at the time but my stereo turned off and right back on when they quit. i replaced the fuse and they worked agian for a short time then popped another one. and the radio did its thing again each time i blew a fuse. but its not blowign the fuse or losing power to the stereo. just off and back on.

has anybody else had this problem?

thanks

nope, but it sounds like a wire has been rubbed raw somewhere and is causing a spike. It would seem likely that it is the wire around, to and from your wiper motor. Gonna be a seek and destroy mission.
