Japanese Mini Truck
« on: 03/25/07 - 11:37PM »
Hey,  Anyone seen any of these for sale in the Springfield area? I'm ready to swap the Wrangler for a new toy. I can't afford a new Rhino so I thought i'd look into one of these. Thanks Mark

A little more info might help.
I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

Are you wanting a toyota mini-truck which was the truck they produced for a long time.  Or are you wanting one of those little Suzuki things that is like a rhino with an inclosed cab.

There is one of the suzuki things for sale at Apex Towing in Rogersville.

OOPs!
I guess I didn't think, I am referring to the little Rhino,Mule type rigs. They are putting atv tires on them with lift kits. Seems like they should go pretty good. 4x4 w/ hi & low range, some with locking diffs. Thanks Mark

I have one and think it is DANDY!  I do not have any pics of mine, but here is an example of what these trucks look like.

Ok, Now we're talkin. Guru, have you put it in any rough stuff? I'm wanting to be able to trail ride down here in Arkansas in the woods and creeks, and some dry creek beds thrown in. Are these things capable of this sort of stuff or should I forget it? They look like they would be real handy around the house to. Anyone know the prices on the ones you have spotted? Thanks Mark

Why do you drive a land rover?

Because it is just as capable as my jeep with just as much heritage but is built better from the start. It gives me a change of pace and has a suspension that was far ahead of its time as well as a factory trans brake and a three link type setup. Plus 80% of humans saw a land rover before any other vehichle on the planet. I love my jeep too!
