Does anyone know if a front bumper from a 92 YJ will fit (Without modification) a 76 Cj5?

No, the frames are different widths in the front. 

A YJ is about 31.5 wide to the spring perch center (center of frame rail) and IIRC the CJ's are like 28 or something like that.  You could measure and just redrill the holes in it to fit tho.
