Driver side Johnny Joint exploded

Well the new lca's worked great I on their maiden voyage at SMORR, Shamoo did his best to ensure a proper work out of suspension parts.
I had drove the jeep the last 2 days to work  and it felt really sloppy, even a little scarry like no control arms or sway bars LOL I crawled under again today and found this-


I dont yet blame the joints it appears that the c-clip popped out for some reason, may even be my fault.

ok it's reassembled and I fliped the bars over maybe they'll hold up this time.


Not sure what the torque should be on those? Frame end and axle end?

any one know?
