The Rogue Quattro chassis is fabricated from of 1.75" x .120" DOM tubing with 1.25" DOM tube gussets to add strength in key areas. The Rogue Quattro chassis is set up to use a FJ cruiser hood and grill. The 'Quattro' can accommodate 4 passengers with extra storage room.

A front winch plate is included with the chassis. The winch plate is CNC cut from 1/4" steel and then formed in a press brake for ultimate strength and fitment.

Also included with the chassis are two front tow point inserts. Machined from 2" steel round bar they allow for a solid tow point for the front of the chassis.

The following pics came from Beyer (The owner)....
He took delivery of his chassis last weekend and we set him up with most of his suspension brackets last night.
The chassis is designed to be easily assembled with our bracket line.

This is our lower 4 link bracket. This allows for an easy assembly of a triangulated lower control arm setup.

Here's some of the brackets specifically made for our chassis, however they could be used on other applications.
All CNC cut from 1/4" steel and then formed in a press brake...
These are for the front lower control arms.

These brackets have a 1.75" Radius on the bottom. They fit perfectly on our subframe assembly for an easy upper control arm bracket.

We have a few "finishin touches" that we'll be adding to our chassis lineup. These will be totally unique....something that hasn't been done before (As far as I know).

Thanks Vinny.
The "target" weight was 3500 lbs...
We're just about done installing Chris' sheetmetal, so he should be able to weigh it real soon.
-
I cant wait to see it when I pick up my 2 seater from you. I got more goodies to go onto mine.

Chris took some updated pics of his rig....
A little update:
He brought it back to us a while ago & we layed out all of the aluminum skins, roof, floor panels, etc...
We also built him some skids out of 1/2" thick Black UHMW. We added the stinger and X-bracing too.
Lastly we built Chris the 2" 7075 Aluminum Control arms you see pictured.
Now he's got everything painted & reassembled.
