We have concessions that will be at the Fall 4X Fest along with a local Band  from Seymour. "Neck Of the Woods" is tha band that will be playing, the music they play is Southern Rock, Old Country, Some New Country, Some Rock Classics

People are starting to call in for info on hotels and we want to make sure we give them the ocrrect info

Talked to Sandy today @ Seymour Country Inn and she said to get those reservations in people are starting to call and they only have 30 some rooms at the the Inn.

If we need more hotels Sandi said that Ava has one and some can go to Mansfield. She has those numbers at the Seymour Inn if anyone needs them.

We're staying @ the Amish Inn.  It's a BnB and no idea how full they are, now.  We've had our reservations for a couple weeks.

We can accomodate 3-4 people at our house in Rogersville (right off Business 60 next to Post Office) if anyone needs a place to crash and doesn't exactly have the money for a hotel room or doesn't wanna drive back home.  Invitation is extened to anyone in our club or who has gone wheeling that we know.  (Since I don't know people coming from other areas  personally)
