NOVEMBER 4  FAMILY NIGHT OUT  FOR PIZZA


Need a volunteer to head this one up , need to call ahead to set aside a room to meet at one of the local pizza restaurants, need to let the restaurant how may will be there and a meeting time

We could always do it at a pizza hut as a fund raiser and yes that is Amy and myself volunteering.

Incredible Pizza is where we went last year and it was a HUGE hit, i think that would be the place for everyone to go. I'm not sure so don't quote me on this, but they might give us a group discount if we had allot show up there, you might check on that too.

As we volunteered at the Meeting and said then, we'll be working on this.  Some suggestions were mentioned....but we'll find the best spot for this and I'm sure it will be a big hit again for everyone again......be posting on this again as soon as 4X Fest is over!!!
