TJ Pocket-Style fender flares (Matte black)

I have a full set of pocket-style fender flares for sale.  I changed them out for flat flares on my Jeep.  I have all mounting hardware, gaskets, etc.  One flare was pulled off by my tire and I repaired it.  I included a picture of the mounting hole that busted out.  I epoxied it back together.  I'm asking $50 for the set.

Ok, dumb question, but will thise mount onto the factory holes for my 97 TJ?

I believe they will fit a '97 to '06 TJ.
