empty every pocket
« on: 03/31/08 - 08:53PM »
we sat down one night and figured out how much we have spent in the past 2 years on jeep parts, that includes what we paid for the jeep and the ram charger that we bought for the drivetrain and engine. we come up with a figure of over 10,000! Anyone else close or past that?

I think I got you beat in jeep parts alone. :23:

I'm at $14,000 in Jeep parts. I bought the Rubicon with a $3500 rebate on top of my employee discount which is 3% below greensheet. (My Dad retired from Chrysler) ended up paying 24k and some change for it brand new.

with close to 45k on the odometer that puts me at .84 cents per mile.

I'm at $7,000 haven't even had jeep a year yet. It wasn't expensive to buy either. Oh and so far for miles driven that comes in at $1,400 per mile driven so far.
Is it possible for a jeep to ever truely be finished?

Only the dead have seen the end of war---Plato

$12,000 and counting. Owned it for about 3 months and put about 200 miles on it. Only about $60/mile.
