2.5L swap to a V8

I'm planning to swap my 4 banger to a v8. its in the early stages of planning. I was wondering who'd done this around here and what kind of info anyone has that can help? any suggestions would be great. thanks!

There are a lot of conversion jeeps around.  Lots of guys chose to go vortec chevy.  4.3 (me and tom) 5.0 larry, 5.3 (derek, ritchie, jeff, etc).

What ever you are budgeting for it add a good amount for a slush fund.
