it is, since it is fi, it will have the 2 center intake bolts on each side of the intake that go straight up and down, just get a carb'd intake and bolt it on, if your intake doesnt have the straight up and down bolts center on the intake, cut your intake a bit and make angled spacers.
other than that and a few fittings and some tubing, it is really easy to change over to it
