Air Compressors

Not too sure abt this so I'll toss this out there for those who may know. Is is possible to use your AC pump as a air compressor? I figure if you were to mount a holding tank and run some lines from you AC pump to the tank, you would have pressurized air, right??

Yes, you can, you just have to oil it every once in a while if you are using the stock compressor.
The phrase "You almost made it" breaks a lot of things.

depending on the compressor you are using, most parts can be found at lowes. if you are using a newer one, youll need to get the aluminum block drilled and npt tapped, then the rest is at lowes. really pretty easy to do.
