TJ shafts in YJ front axle?? Is it possible??
« on: 12/28/06 - 11:24AM »
I was wandering if anyone new if I could put TJ shafts in a YJ front axle and do away with the two part shafts and the vaccum hoses.

If it is possible, please let me know what it will take to convert it.

Beat ya Dave.  I have the part numbers for Aaron.  Just a couple of seals, a block off plate and of course some axle shafts.
I cut sheetmetal for free.  It's fixing it that get's expensive.

You will need the block off plate and a new axle seal for the pass side.  We have the block off kits with the seals in stock if you need one.  We also have the spicer TJ shafts if you need one of those.
