I have a set of 16 bolt beadlocks that I purchased from Keegan.  Can you make new rings for wheels that are allready beadlocks.  I just want a design similar to what you have in the pic that takes up more inner diameter of the wheel.

Let me know when you're ready Heath...

Stroker:  I can work something out I'm sure.  I'll need to know what bolt pattern those beadlocks are on.  If I could get my hands on one wheel or ring , it would be no problem.
Call me at the shop tomorrow & we'll see what we can work out.

Thanks

Do you have your own plasma/waterjet/laser table or do you have that done out of house?

I have a couple of shops here that I lay everything out and send them the file of it and then they burn it but sometimes there turn arounds are a week or so.  Just wondering......

I have an in-house CNC Plasma Table.  I used to work as a machinist in a tool & die shop.  I'm very familiar/capable with machine tools.

Did you check out my website? www.kore4x4customs.com

If you have some parts that you'd like cut out, send me an email & we'll see what we can work out.

Thanks

Sorry Ken - I didn't look at the website.

I am 3d Cad Modeler and normally build all my stuff in SolidWorks or Inventor and then do the flat patterns to send to whoever I have burning the stuff.  I will email you on the next set of stuff and see what type of file.

Hmm.....
 A 12" version for Rhinos?

That may be very possible...who all is interested in them?  We can probably work something out.

I dunno I just know that the rhino market is huge and relitively untapped in the beadlocks and the wheels that are available are pricy sometimes as much as 250 per wheel. Good thing about these would be the ability to fit almost any atv at a fraction the cost :beerchug:

If you do decide to market the idea I sign up to be a tester for the product and we can call that my idea fee :brows:  :brows:

I am still wanting to get a set made.  My buddy owns a graphic design business and I am having him make a logo for me.

Hope to have something to you in the next couple of weeks.

 Cool man,
Just let me know when you're ready.  Be sure your friend knows how to make the logo so it is actually a good logo to cut.

You don't want anything to fall out when it's cut.

I can help you with the final design of it too.

Are these still available? Do they weld right onto the outside lip or will i need to grind/machine my wheels? Thanks

Yes sir....they are very much still available.  They are designed to set on the inside of your wheel lip to allow for easy centering plus a better weld penetration.

The only grinding you'll need to do is to remove any paint or powdercoat before welding the inner rings on.

Picked up some 15" beadlocks for my Rockwells and I would love to have you guys make me a custom ring for the outside.  I spoke with my friend about getting help with my company name on the ring and he said I would be better off giving you the info and having you do it.

Peak Off-Road is what I would like on the ring.  If you can shoot me a price shipped to 65802 I can ship you one of the old rings if needed so we can be sure they will match up.  If you can design something and shoot over a drawing also that would be great.

4 Wheel Jamboree is coming up in May and I gotta get this thing done.

Thanks,

Phillip King
