brake line size

what size are the ends on my 83 cj7 brake lines...and what size do io need on the caliper end for the dana 60....i need to have some made up but dont know what sizes to tell them

I believe the hard lines are 3/16".  Personally since I already had braided lines on the YJ when I went 60 I simply drilled out the hole for the bigger banjo bolt.

well the front lines that i have now fit the banjo bolt actually....the lines are just to short...so i dont know what the correct sizes are  i guess one side would be to accept 3/16 hard line...and the other side??  what size is that banjo bolt...

I would take it wherever you have them made up and tell them to match it.  That way there will be no confusion.
For the banjo bolt, I think it works the same as a regular bolt, ie if the hole is 7/16 the banjo bolt is 7/16.  I just took my calipers for my 44 in the hardware store and started trying bolts until one threaded in, and then I bought that size banjo bolt.
