Storing a soft top
« on: 06/15/09 - 07:54PM »
What's the best way/place to store a factory soft top?  Rolled up or hanging flat (as possible) on a wall?  My options are either in a cool basement (with dehumidifier) or warm attic.  Which would be better for long term storage?

Either way make sure the windows stay flat and if they are stacked there is a soft cloth between.

Take it completely apart & hang it up, keep the windows flat and clip them from trouser hangers, the main part just drape flat over a rail or something.  Spiders & mice will build homes in them if they're rolled up, and creases are your enemy.
