I finally cracked down and bought a new welder for some upcoming projects.
If anybody else needs one, I got one hell of a deal from Praxair. They had a few Millermater 212 MIG welders that came in with VERY MINOR scratches that they knocked a couple hundred off of for me. I think they only have one or two left.
