Hello,
New to the Forum.  Gonna be down in the Branson area 17-24 July and was wondering if either of these two spots are open to the public during this time?  Any contact info for them would be great, thanks!

yes they are. go to the maps for direction if you don't know some of the trails mite be closed just stay on the marked trails and you should be ok.
