TH350 automatic with D300 adapter

hey everyone, this is the 1st transmission I'm trying to sell, you can see another post with the other (TH400+Adapter).  I'm asking $200 for this setup... should be ready to go, bolt it in and hook up the shifter and you're ready to roll.   I'll wheel and deal a little, I need to get rid of this, it's taking up room in my shed!
