8.25 conv. from drum to disc.... how? an part#'s

i have a 8.25 drum on my jeep and want to put disc on.
i was wondering if anybody has done this?
If they had the parts bought new or just off a grand cherokee.

You can get all the parts off a Liberty rear axle to and it is a bolt on. I think there is a write up on it at NAXJA.org
