you could add a 2 inch spacer to the top of your springs, and maybe a 1.25 inch body lift and be good. just make sure to set your bump stops correctly, and adjust your steering stops.

that gearing is going to SUCK!!! is it an auto?

You are also going to start the upgrades that come with or follow a 4" suspension lift.  Such as FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS for sure.

oh yeah, the factory tin arms wont hold 35s at all.

You'll also want to adjust your trac with trac bar brackets etc. 

Best way would be add a small body lift and don't push it until bumpstops set properly.

Also 3.73's shouldn't be to bad with 35's.
