Forward gearing: 2.48, 1,48, 1.0
Approx length: 24.25"
Output shaft: Long- found in 2wd car and truck versions OR mated to NP205 TC;
Medium- 32 spline version mated to NP 208;
Short- 32 spline version mated to NP 203
Found in: GM cars and trucks, Jeep FSJ pick ups and wagons, and Jeepsters
Note: Jeep cases were re-designed in 1974 with AMC- specific bellhousing and case. WAY
strong and capable of handling severe abuse and big power. Most internals are the
same as the GM version. Oil pan shape can cause some driveshaft interference on pass side drop TC.
