Computer help!

My laptop is messed up.  It won't start up Windows XP and just flashes a blue screen that says something about a kernel error and then tries to start again.  What do I need to do, where should I take it?

You might try the start-up disk they all tell us to make. ha-ha  Or you could try your master disk that came with the computer,(stand a chance to lose all your information)  But if you need your information you might have to have someone read your hard drive if it is not the problem.  I don't follow all the computer stuff like I use to do.  Good Luck!

I have a complete xp program disk with the service 1 pack with it if you need to borrow it
