If I remember right, the avatars need to be no bigger than 80x80 pixels...most pooters have a picture program that you use to "resize" a picture you want to use..for me, I made me a folder called AVATARS..that way, when I resized a picture, I could "SAVE AS" and not mess up the original...not knowing what program you have would be hard for me to even beging to tell you how to resize your picture..maybe some of the other pooter gurus here can help..Good Luck!!
