Title: Seymore and OffRoad Ranch First timers questions...
Post by: 01SilverstoneTJ on 11/22/05 - 07:58PM
A group of rigs from Ozark Mt Rock Crawlers Club in Harrison are planning to ride here the weekend after Turkey Day.

What camping and/or motels nearby?

What's the best way to get there from Harrison?  Hwy 60 or 14??

Is there a 2 day pass for weekend?

Is there still a need for trail making as some of us can bring saws and trimmers, etc.?  (This might be a question for JacksFork)

Thanks, Corey

Are you coming the week end of dec 3?

Super 8 hotel in Seymour ph nr 417-935-9888 just a few miles from the Off road Park

I think you can go down 14 coming from your direction would be easiest but if you want hwy take 65 from branson to 60 west to Seymour. check with "high society" on this board

Also, I can't find K Hwy on any online map.

Does anybody have any directions besides the computer map on the SMORR website?

Where does K intersect HWY 14?

65 to 14, then take 14 E which intersects K Hwy about 5 miles before Ava.
Go North on K Hwy a couple of miles and were on the left. Look sharp cause we do not have a sign from that direction.

What time are you guys planing on getting to the park?
Anyone else coming this weekend?

Any more questions feel free to ask,

Thanks

Brandon

There's at least three rigs planning on getting there about 10 on Saturday. Hopefully  we'll find a bare flat place to pitch a tent, uhhh igloo, for Saturday nite and then more rigs planning on coming Sunday.   Later, Corey
