i need to know if an 11 in wide tire will fit on a tj with these stock wheels?

It will fit on the rim.  I'd be willing to bet it rubs your control arms though.

Those Canyons have the same problem as the Moabs.. the backspacing. You'll probably need to get some wheel spacers with a tire any larger than a 31.
