Uploading Photos to the Gallery

Hello there! I just renewed my membership, and tried to update some of my info (including photos). The problem I'm having is with the gallery; for example, I can't upload a 128k image because I've "reached my quota (10kb)." Am I missing something, or is the gallery borked?
