how to get flex

i installed my lift last weekend....john said it was a 4inch but i think it is more like a 6 inch seeings how it towers over my buddy cj....but i want to get more flex out of the suspension...how do i go about doing this.....i dont know to much about leaf spring suspensions and how to modifly them to do crazy stuff......help me out

What kind of Jeep ya got?
I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

I assume John put on new springs?
You could go with Z-boxes and revolver shackles in the back if you want more flex right away.
But, normally with any new leaf springs, it takes a little time for them to break in and start to really flex.
What brand of lift is it?
I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

also with a new lift it will settle a little also
trying to raise a teenager is like nailing jello to a tree

i bought the lift used off of john and installed it my self....it is a black diamond lift...he said it was 4inch but i think its more.....i was thinking of getting the teraflex shackles front and rear....ive seen them in action and they seem to be pretty good....i just wasnt sure if there was any other way.......

Rocky Has those on his jeep and they are awesome. His flex is ungodly I would suggest that. And they aren't too terribly exspensive.

You can over torque the spring bushings.  This will make it ride rougher and take out some flex.  Just a thought.
