4cyl 4speed trans(sm465) and Xfer case

got a huge leak in between the tranny and Xfer case, it's coming out of the bottom hole without the bolt?? should I drop it and put a new seal>? just got done dropping it to replace the skid plate bolts!!!!!  :deadhorse:

seems to be the weephole.... everyone just says to drop it and put some rtv on it.
