September Trail run & campout

For the September trail run we will be going to Wheeling World in Eureka Springs AR. SEPTEMBER 20-22

I've never been there, but it looks like we can camp at the park, and wheel as much as we like each day.  If you have any comments or concerns please let me know.

Leave Friday for Wheeling World-camp friday night.  I will post details on time/place to depart from later.

Saturday wheel at the park all day, camp saturday evening. If permitted I'll plan on night wheeling after dinner.
    There has been discussion about going into town for dinner Saturday evening to see the town?

Sunday-break camp and head back to Springfield.

I'll make a group reservation after I know how many are going and what sort of site you need, they do have facilities there.  So please post up and I will attempt to have us all put together.

I'M planning on going, but may not be able to make it down till early Saturday morning, depending on Robin's work schedule. I would like a full hook up 30' camp spot

Hey we are planning to camp, will need about a 40 ft campsite plus jeep/ trailer parking.

Judy & I are in.  We need an RV site (30 or 50 amp is fine).  We'll go down Friday afternoon, and camp Friday & Saturday nights.  Please sign us up accordingly.

just found out for sure, we will be coming down Friday after Robin gets off work. So we need a spot reserved for Friday and Saturday night, full hook up 30' spot.

Aaron, would you please add 'Mr. Safety' to the camping/trail ride list.  He'll need a 30 or 50 amp. as well, for Friday & Saturday night.
Also, has anything been decided about eating in town one night?  (The girls are trying to come up with a meal plan).

No group decision yet on dinner in town on Saturday.  Most want to eat there and then go back out and wheel at dark.
