Harken Hoister...

Has anyone installed a Harken Hoister in their garage?  I have one and need to get it installed.  Thought I would ask to see if anyone had any pointers.  Thanks in advance.

I have one - used it tonight after work in fact.  Mine is the non-motorized version.  Between where my overhead lights are, the location of my attic stairs, and the way my rafters run, I had one place to put it, so I happily paid The Handyman Company to do it.
