Newbie in Branson w a 87 yj project. HELP

 Hi Not new to Jeeps but been a while. Had one in HS. But anyway it has some rust by seat belt. So much that the seat belt mount broke. Already has a few mods like Weber carb and new seats.  H \ow to i fix the rust?

Welcome to the site!  Wish I could help you with the rust issue but that is beyond me, I am sure someone with more knowledge will come along and provide some input.

Agreed with Cut and weld.. make sure you cut out enough to get to good metal... Of course, if you are going hardcore, you can get a rollcage and a 5 point harnesss tied to the cross bars!
