At the risk of UPSETTING all the cat lovers out there (mind you now, I have two cats) I have a button I found years ago at Sound Wherehouse in Fayetteville that I wear on my leather jacket that says:

"A cat will almost always blink when hit with a hammer"

As funny as that sounds, I reckon there is some truth in that, tho I have never tested the theory.
