here is my cage completed and below is the pics he had to go off of. We opted to leave out the very top bar due to have space to stand up.

due to the recline the seats have we had to omit the X behind the seats but structurally it doesnt need it. The last pic is of the hinge for the flip up seat to gain access to the gas tank. Pretty good latch if you ask me and pretty bulletproof      at the very bottom is a quick strength test of the cage to make sure it aint

the photochoped pic I did at school

it was a first for me, the lines arent your normal.

i enjoyed doing it though.  i think the mad "v" in the front really gives it a mean look, and the slanting back of it, give it a fast even when standing still look.

i got it really close to the photoshop pic.

it is also easily removeable by 4    1/2" grade8 bolts on each side.

i designed it so that when the blots are loosened, the base of the cage will pop out a 1/4 inch on each side to clear the fenders and such when they remove it for powdercoating and such.

the seat had to lift in order to get to the fuel cell and battery. that made it interesting as how to get that to work and be able to run the seats.

i think it came out well, and i like the lines he chose for it

I thought those types of rigs came with a ROPS of sorts.  I like it though.  Looking at it from the side, I might have put the 90* that's just below/next to the seats a little higher to use as an arm rest and to keep you from rolling out of the rig while cornering.  You could probably just add that on top of the bar that's already there.  Maybe I'm just used to the CJ5 and how the tub holds your hip in.

I'd put something funny here, but you probably wouldn't get it anyway...

when designing that area, i had to remember that wheelchairman is his nickname for a reason. it has to be easily accessed by keith, so that is why it is low.

That's awesome.  I really like the mean look of it.

Here's a golf cart put together (just the steel work) by Dirty Fabworks over here in IL. No limit to the toys out there, lol.

It was both a challenge and a lot of fun putting this together.

I've played with it alot but not as much as I'd like. I'm supposed to get my corbeau baja SS seats on wednesday or thurs so after that I will log more hours.

that golf cart is sweet. I used to have a custom cart and found a couple forums. Went to a golf cart/utility vehichle off road thingy out in kentucky last yr and saw golf carts hittin 50+ mph with 35 hp briggs v twins :applaudit:  :owned:

I actually won the towing comp. in my class
