Unreal Tournament 3

Any Unreal Tournament fans out there? I've been playing the new UT3 demo.. supposed to hit the stores this month. Would be cool to have some people to play online with.

What kind of system do you have?  I'm kind of curious how mine would hold up.  I'd give the demo a shot, but I'm more of a HL2, CS:S fan.

I built my system myself on a ASUS SLI Premium Socket 939 motherboard, Nvidia Ge-Force 8800 640MG Video Card, 2 gig Corsair Twin Sticks DDR 3500LLPRO paired RAM, 650Watt coolmax powersupply, 4000+ Clawhammer AMD Athlon 64 2.4Mhz processor, which is the equivalent of 3.5 Pentium 4. I run all my games maxed out at 1280x960 rez. SO far I've been able to play everything new. Just finished BIOSHOCK, which is a pretty cool game, graphics are amazing. I upgraded to the 8800 from two 7800GT I was running in SLI... got a 15,550 on my last 3DMARK06 benchmark.

ps. I haven't played counterstrike a whole lot. I do have HL2.

I read your comp specs and went hmm I have no idea what that means.  So that's what it was like to be JIMMY when he started asking about jeep stuff!  >:D

I understood it all, and basically it's like his Jeep...impressive. IMO
I got the demo downloaded and will give it a shot later.  You want to unload the 7800's?  I've got a SLI board, that could use them.

I just sold them 2 weeks ago + a brand new 450w power supply to run them with.  $250 I guess that's not too bad considering the PS was free with my case and the 7800s where 2 years old... Though they were over 300 a peice from newegg. but it paid for half of my 8800  :o  It is just like Jeep stuff!   :P

Oh and I do have the CSS that came with my HL2 never installed it... so if that is what you got austin... perhaps we could throw some digital lead at eachother with that? ?


Anyone interested in play the original UT ... i have the game of the year edition.. doesn't require akey or CD to play. Could get it installed on your system and get about 10 or so, maybe more playing online... IT will be a HOOT. PM me if your interested.

I'm pretty stoked about CoD4, play'd the Demo on the 360, online ruled. Anyone play the 360 give me a shout.
