Site optimization for Windows Mobile

Ever think about making the site more friendly for Windows Mobile users?

I don't care for drop down boxes and menus you have to hover over to open (mobile won't do that anyway and spreads all the choices out all over the page).

I checked out the site on a friends Moto Q and try to view on my iPaq with WiFi and it's a little hard to navigate.

People on dial-up could use this as an alternative if they wanted... kinda plain jane, but would be lightning quick on dial-up.

Anyone use a Moto Q with Alltel?  I tried a friend's and don't know if I could used to it.
