So, what kind of custom ringtones do you have?

I've got some Seinfeld mp3's I've made into ringtones and Simpson's quotes.  The standard AOL, "you've got mail" and some songs I've adapted to tones.

A guy here at work wanted the "Ding dong the witch is dead" from Wizard of OZ.  So I found a wav file and converted for him to use for when his ex-wife calls.

I personally just have a few songs I stole from someone else. 

I used to have a vmail alert that screamed MESSAGE and got progressively louder.  It was fun for about 24hrs then got very annoying.

I just leave mine on silent. Personally I dislike phones with sincere aggravated enthusiasm.

Depends on your service and type of phone.  I use Alltel and have a Razr V3c.  If you have Bluetooth enabled most phones can accept unlocked OBEX, or object exchange.  Some phones were "locked" by Alltel.  Usually the non Moto phones.  If you downloaded a ringtone from a service, most likely you can't copy via Bluetooth to another phoone or PC.

I bought the Moto phone sync software so I could put all of my contacts in the phone when I got it through the PC instead of having to type them in manually.  Alltel charges $10 to copy from your old phone to the new phone now.  Plus it has a Melody Suite to create mp3 ringtones from CD's or wav files.  I'm currently looking for a wav file of Homer Simpson saying, "here turkey turkey turkey. No one's going to kill you!"  I heard it on the radio this morning, but can't find it online anywhere.  I'll probably just make one of Adam Sandler's Thanksgiving song if I can find my CD...

Motorola Phone Tools, works with a RAZR and maybe others.  You can buy this software or find it...  Either way it makes it easy to create and transfer ringtones.  As for my ring, Good Ol' Boys.

Moto Phone Tools is what I have.  I just got the Homer quote I was wanting and made some more while home at lunch.
